I am excited that Well.ca has its first designer and user experience master join our team. His first task was to make our blog look pretty. We’re now fast at work to make all of Well.ca look a lot nicer and usable.

The blog does look a lot better, but I have to say that I think your designer is designing towards what you already have at well.ca. Good for him to get his feet wet (and the results are definitely an improvement from the original) but redesigning well.ca, and thereby this corporate blog, would bring it from great to awesome.
